Adorned daggers, ruby hilted swords,
unfailing crucifixes, striking mortal cords,
huge violent serpents in volumes rolled,
all holy poisons poured in cups of gold.

here lay death's sceptre - truth untold

love, forgiveness - exile me,
blades of goodness set me free,
